Located on sunset blvd in Los Angeles, Elios wood fire pizza is run by Elio. He learned how to make his pies while abroad in Italy and even going as far as to bring a pizza oven back with him. He runs everything in his food truck, beginning with prepping the dough at 4:30 and serving his first customers shortly after.
We ordered both their margarita and meat pies which took around 15 minutes from order to pickup time.
Their best pie is 100% their traditional Margharita pie topped with basil and a drizzle of olive oil on top. Its flavors mix perfectly with his homemade tomato sauce and creates a very moist and put together bite.
