Located next to a great hair shop(sister approved👍), FuDa Dumplings serves up, good quality traditional dumplings. It is the ideal image when you think of basic yet great Taiwanese 餃子(dumplings).
They are a small shop with limited seating, but serve fresh soft, plump dumplings in a steamer.
But there is more depth to them(obviously, they just need time🤗), their other offerings are no slouch as they also offer warm egg drop soup and beef noodle soup. Both are great options to complement their homemade dumplings.
This is the freshest I’ve ever seen dumplings made in Taiwan, straight from the pork fillings into the skin, and right into the steamer. No sitting around or hardening skin.
