Located on 46 Bowery Chinatown, Joe’s Shanghai’s new location still serves up great quality Shanghainese food. Their older location had more authenticity and better quality to their wrappings + sauces. But their new location still serves up slightly above average traditional dishes, such as wontons, baos, and side dishes.
We ordered their Shen Jian bao, dumplings, red bean pancake and their spicy wontons.
Their red bean pancakes were decent, had good texture and flavor.
